Support Center personnel are available 24/7/365 days a year.
The Operating Forces Tactical Systems Support Center (OFTSSC) serves as the single point of entry for
resolving all tactical C4I system problems for the operating forces. The Support Center provides remote C4I
assistance and over-the-shoulder
training on a continuous basis. Additionally, remote and on-site support is available at any time for all
phases of exercises, deployed operations, and contingency preparation. The Support Center has
provided, and continues to provide, technical support for Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU)
workups, more than fifty tactical exercises per year
(i.e.: Mojave Viper and WTI), and operations such as OEF and OIF.
C4I systems supported include, but are not limited to: GCCS, IOS, C2PC, IOW, TBMCS,
BAT, AFATDS, MDACT,
ADOCS, EPLRS, TDN, DTC, TDMS, TLDHS, SINCGARS, ULCS, JWARN, SPEED,
CTT and CPOF.
The Support Center assists in resolving interoperability and integration problems faced by the Marine Air Ground Task Force (MAGTF) and also provides
this information to the Marine Corps Systems Command Program Directors and Program Managers for future system improvements.
Requests for task organized on-site support teams should be validated by MarFor/MEF and forwarded to MCTSSA/OPS for approval. Requests should include:
